That's why today's article in my hometown newspaper, The Lancaster Intelligencer Journal, comes as no surprise: The Mennonite Central Committee is making changes that will reduce their organization's carbon footprint -- and save money. Leave it to the Mennonites to start -- organization wide -- making rugs out of old jeans.
