Van Biema takes the best efforts of conservative Christians to produce constitutional curricula seriously, but finds them wanting; considers the real arguments of strict separationists, and finds them answerable; and, most importantly, reveals his personal faith — in “patriotic” pluralism.” It’s good stuff, wherever you stand — it’s not a declaration from Big Media, it’s an argument — so read and argue.
