On April 13 the Virginia Supreme Court will hear a case brought from Northern Virginia which asks who owns the property of 9 parishes that left the Episcopal Church to join the Convocation of Anglicans of North America. The defection began in 2003 when the Episcopal Church ordained a gay bishop.
