Bush, and Paul Kengor’s God and George W. Bush: A Spiritual Life — and finds that both Bush-lovers and -haters can find food for thought, whether it’s Singer’s evidence of Bush’s inconsistent thinking, or Kengor’s citations of Bush’s humble and pro-pluralism statements.
